Essential Responsibilities
• Act as key stakeholder in cross-functional team responsible for the development and implementation of all JetBlue’s fleet related initiatives. 
• Lead cross-functional team responsible for developing a strategy for the design and improvement of JetBlue’s current and future fleet.
• Devise and implement, in conjunction with other stakeholders, the product strategy for JetBlue’s Even More suite of products and services as we evolve into a fare model. 
• Responsible for managing the relationship with the Customer Experience Team, the Tech Ops Co-ordination Group, the Inflight Team and other cross-functional teams
• Participate in Customer-facing projects led by other workgroups
• Take a significant role in the development of Crewmembers to support the engagement, growth, goal achievement
• Manage a team of two or more Crewmembers
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
• Five (5) years’ experience working in product management and/or development
• Three (3) years’ experience leading large cross-functional product launches and teams
• Significant project management experience, including managing a budget
• Experience managing and negotiating with external Business Partners from a delivery and service management perspective
• Broad knowledge of commercial airline industry
• Available for occasional overnight travel (up to 20%)
• In possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
• In-depth knowledge of project planning methodologies and tools
• Experience managing external business partners from a delivery and service management perspective
• Knowledge of budget processes
• Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency response on short notice
• Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
• Broad practical experience with a variety of customer products across the travel ribbon
• Thorough knowledge of airline operations, objectives and strategies
• Knowledge of management concepts, practices, and techniques
• Ability to work well with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively with all levels and in diverse environments
• Ability to manage risk
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Strong business partner management, negotiation and resolution skills
• Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the significance to both
customers and Crewmembers
• Comfortable speaking in front of a large audience of peers or crewmembers
• Comfortable speaking in front of the JetBlue executive team

 Crewmember Expectations:
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
• Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance
• When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
• Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun
• Must fulfill safety accountabilities as prescribed by JetBlue’s Safety Management System
• Promote JetBlue’s #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting JetBlue’s Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy and behavioral standards
• Identify safety concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue’s confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report(SAR))
• Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls
• Uphold JetBlue’s safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilities
