Establishes and maintains relationships while growing Prepaid sales within the Local Indirect channel and the National Retail channel through development of competitive strategies, which generate revenue for all Indirect Sales channels in the assigned market. Empowers their team with necessary tools and training to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Ability to hire, coach, develop and lead a strong sales team. Accountable for how the Sprint brands are utilized and presented to customers to make sure they fit the established standards. Responsible for identifying potential new Indirect Partners, presenting the business proposition, processing contractual agreements and implementing the program. Responsible for understanding the competitive environment within their accounts and market, creating market level action plans to better Sprint's position and escalate competitive issues appropriately.
Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
