Assumes responsibility and accountability for day to day operation of the plant operations department. The Manager of Plant Operations plans, implements and directs a comprehensive maintenance and plant operation program under the direction of the Director of Plant Operations.
Coordinates these activities with other departments to insure safe and efficient operation and environment. The Manager of Plant Operations is responsible for managing the operation of the Maintenance Department and staff.
� The Manager has knowledge of the operation, programming and the general maintenance of highly technical computer equipment and regulated systems found in the facility
� Minimum three to five years Management experience in the maintenance, repair and construction of building facilities, equipment, utilities and grounds in a healthcare environment.
Previous experience with AHCA, The Joint Commission, CMS, NPF
