Position Summary:
CVS Health, a Fortune 7 Company, has an outstanding opportunity for a Manager Pharmacy Operations in our Wilkes-Barre facility.

*The Manager, Pharmacy Operations, is responsible for monitoring, coaching and counseling supervisors on issues regarding the pharmacy staff, quality, productivity and overall work performance.
*Communicates standard operating procedures and work instructions to supervisors and staff and ensure that employees are appropriately trained with the skills necessary to work in each area.
*Ensures that the established procedures concerning quality assurance are followed.
*Studies and standardizes procedures and workflow to improve efficiency and quality.
*Maintains a positive environment for successful compliance with EEO/AAP objectives.
*Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and monitoring performance of departmental personnel.
*Determines staffing requirement for the department.
*Responsible for the operating budget of the department.
*Works with supervisors to ensure understanding and adherence to the budget process.
*Develops supervisors in areas of pharmacy operations, employee relations.

This is a Night Shift Manager Pharmacy Operations role. Monday-Friday 5:00pm to 1:30am. With some flexibility.

Required Qualifications:
*5 or more years of proven Leadership experience.

*Understanding of Operations Management functions; proven ability to translate business strategy into operational decisions.

*Ability to manage multiple projects.

*Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to lead groups of people successfully towards goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
*Call center experience

*Healthcare experience

*PBM experience


Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience may be considered.
