The Manager, Outsourced Sales Programs will build and operate programs designed to work with existing clients to optimize their accounts and grow their business. This covers a wide range of initiatives including driving our roadmaps for sales initiatives, segmenting our client base, driving operational KPIs, managing business processes and technology requirements. The leader is empowered with global responsibility for a critical operation, working cross-functionally with data scientists and global client-facing teams to make business decisions leading to long-term business success.
Ideal candidates will have experience building and managing scaled sales teams, overseeing complex operations, recognizing patterns of success (and failure) quickly, and working cross-functionally. Success in this position requires a passion for leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This full-time position is located in our headquarters office in Menlo Park, CA or Austin, TX. Global travel is required.
