Role Overview :  Lucas Group has partnered with a progressive manufacturing organization on a Manager of Organizational Development opening. This individual will be driving talent management and organizational development initiatives for the entire global enterprise. It will report directly to the VP of HR and partner with corporate HR as well as global business partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Global succession planning
  • Talent and leadership development
  • Performance management
  • Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • 10-15% travel globally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7-10 years progressive HRexperience in organizational development, training and diversity initiatives considered a plus
