  • Work with the Director– Operations Innovation to ensure proposed innovations comply with established operations standards -- including, but not limited to, innovations that create operational efficiencies, improve the team member experience, and drive better store unit economics
  • Manage the innovation review process to analyze opportunity areas with key stakeholders and franchisees
  • Manage the needs assessment process to develop and implement the proper long-term strategies and objectives for Operations, supporting the company’s vision and purpose
  • Work with the Director – Operations Innovation to assess the operations feasibility of proposed innovations, providing feedback to project owners to streamline development
  • Stay abreast of consumer/operations trends and new technologies through internal and external presentations, seminars and industry conferences
  • Develop and present possible new and innovative operational platforms and processes at ideation sessions

30% Field Activation and Field Research

  • Identify and build a cohesive plan for all Operations Innovations for Domino’s Domestic -- aligning the organization through goal and objective setting, identification of priorities, communication, and presentation to key business stakeholders, Domino’s leadership, and outside vendors (as applicable)
  • Influence franchisees and team members
  • Develop and Execute innovation projects in market including achieving key measures of success for the project
  • Assist to identify and solve any issues that arise during implementation or launch of operations innovation projects
  • Manage the delivery and creation of any assets needed for implementing an operations initiative, including managing any necessary vendors and agencies
  • Ensure project communication is occurring so that all impacted parties have correct and timely updates on project scope and status
  • Monitor the implementation and development of operations innovations to ensure the team has the proper level of support needed to deliver on time and on budget

25% Project Management

  • Work with cross-functional departments on program deliverables, strategic alignment, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, and constraints
  • Collaborate with the operations innovation team and cross-functional teams to define and align around project requirements, deadlines, and scope
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all projects and priorities throughout each phase in the operations innovation life cycle
  • Assist the Director – Operations Innovation in the prioritization of initiatives to execute operationally


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience within a franchising organization (QSR or retail preferred)
  • Drive for results, and the ability to work independently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenting and public speaking
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
