    Manager, People Operations

    As our Manager of People Operations, you will play a key role in not only building the foundation of our People Operations at JLL Spark, but also contribute to forming a culture that embodies our values. You will be the bridge between JLL Spark and JLL, overseeing HR systems, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning and other People programs. The ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented, have a roll-up your sleeves attitude, and be excited to improve on existing processes but also build new ones.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and improve JLL’s HR programs and benefits to fit in line with JLL Spark’s culture
    • Develop staffing plans and provide recruiting support
    • Own onboarding / offboarding processes
    • As we continue to grow, identify areas of need for HR solutions
    • Partner with leadership in creating and maintaining a company culture that reflects Spark’s values
    • Partner with functional leaders to ensure teams grow and are as effective as possible
    • Participate in special projects and assignments as needed
    • Help make Spark an environment that lives up to ALL of our values

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience building and supporting People operations at early start-ups and venture capital firms
    • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Peoplesoft, Bamboo, etc.)
    • Demonstrated ownership and vision of People operations
    • Organized and meticulous
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information, findings, and recommendations in a clear manner
    • Bachelor’s degreerequired
