Responsibilities:

  • Help grow revenue via the telephone through the management oftelesales representatives, supervisors and other non-management sales employees
  • Attain stated goals of account and revenue retention of customers on thesuite of products by monitoring the day to day activities of telesales representatives and providing feedback where appropriate
  • Recruit, hire and train new account sales representatives
  • Lead, coach and motivate team members in order to meet sales goals
  • Monitor performance and addresses behavioral or performance issues asthey arise in order to keep team members focused and productive
  • Maintain effective communication with executives and managers across thecompany to help ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of the telesales team
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales plans and strategies in order to maximize the organization unit's revenues
  • Provide analytics for executive level management as needed, to allow them to make good business decisions that will grow the business basedon the information provided
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolves them to customers' satisfaction and provide feedback to Product Management on issues that can be addressed in the programs

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of inside sales experience demonstrating a strong success record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Advanced experience and working knowledge of CRM such asSalesforce.com or similar
  • Strong customer focus to meet the expectations and requirements ofinternal and external customers, act with customer in mind, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers
  • Ability to travel to sales meetings throughout the year and as needed for special projects
