Add to revenue growth of the MGA agency by MANAGING the execution of a marketing and sales strategy that includes new direct agency sales of commercial property and excess and surplus coverage of hotels, motels, and multi-family homes.
*** Developing individual marketing and sales plan with agreed production quotas.
*** Assisting with initial data gathering for all prospects.
*** Working with MGA Underwriters to develop prospect presentation materials.
*** Effectively cold call and set appointments with new agency prospects to present coverage options and value proposition.
*** Participate in prospect sales calls and strategy meetings.
*** Present company offering for all client prospects during the proposal presentation, via teleconference or onsite meeting.
*** Developing relationships with the prospect during pre-sale process and be the subject matter expert for plan design, underwriting guidelines, paperwork requirements and implementation process and timelines.
*** Close prospects on company offerings.
*** Assist with retention of existing client base by presenting renewal strategy & solutions.
*** Participate in industry networking events, conferences, etc..
