We have joined them in their search for a strong Regional Sales Manager for the East. They offer a very competitive base salary, a company car, uncapped commissions and lots of upside. This is a leader in five different health care markets who has been providing innovative technologies for over 30 years.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for hiring, motivating and managing a direct sales team selling into the hospital laboratory and critical care arenas. Your team will enjoy strong corporate support including qualified leads, a great corporate culture and high quality products. - BA/BS degree absolutely required - degrees in the Life Sciences will be a plus.
- Four years minimum of successful Sales Management with five or more direct reports selling medical equipment.
- Experience calling into hospital labs or the ICU will be considered a significant advantage.
- Regular overnight travel will be required - this is a multi-state territory and we are looking for a roll-up your sleeves and get involved type Manager.
