- Develops strategy, recommends, and executes roadmap to stabilize and optimize a unified Human Capital Management System (HCM). UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is the HCM used and preferred technology capabilities.
- Collaborates and establishes a strong partnership with executive leadership and HR staff to identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness and to ensure clear governance in delivering value to end users.
- Manages UKG upgrades, fixes, enhancements and configuration changes in Production and Test databases ensuring that Deaconess is in compliance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards for testing and migration to Production.
- Oversees and maintains internal change control process of the HRIS system to align with established IT guidance and best practices.
- Manages complex integrations with vendors and ensures accurate and secure delivery of data files.
- Responsible for complex reports, analytics and data files utilized by senior executives, internal systems, external vendors, and HR staff.
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
- Member of HR Transition team for acquisitions and serves as project manager for configuration, integration, and conversion of employee data into the HRIS system.
- Ensures system compliance with data privacy and other laws governing employment.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management, security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.
