In this role, you will consult directly with Corporate Directors and Vice Presidents. You’ll be an integral part of the Finance team and directly plugged in to collaborate across our leadership teams.
You will partner with leadership to provide detailed, high level insight, and accompanying analysis to give line of sight into the financial health and performance of the business. This will require you to invest energy in becoming a trusted advisor who partners in new ways with their customers, be comfortable in managing across multiple initiatives, and in some cases use creativity to build new solves for specific issues.


What’s Cool About This Job:

- You will provide financial guidance to our corporate leadership, this will include a mix of regular cadence and ad hoc projects, much of which will be related to budget and forecasting

- You are a key player in ATI’s robust planning and forecasting cycle

- Our leadership will look to you to provide financial analysis to support tactical and strategic decision making, this may include:

- Building financial statement forecast models

- Assisting in preparation of the Board of Directors monthly report and presentation materials

- Assisting in creating new financial reports utilizing BI tools or current operation systems

- Performing acquisition financial due diligence

- Compiling and analyzing accounting and operational information

- Assisting in creating and maintaining financial reports using company operating and financial systems

What You Need to be Successful:

Academic:

-Completed Bachelor’s degree in business-related field; MBA or related work-experience

- Strong academic background and desire for ongoing personal development

- 4+ years of related work experience

Analytical and Skill Experience:

- Ability to interpret data and troubleshoot performance issues

- Solid problem solving and analytical skills

- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite

- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets is required

- Prior experience with BI360 and/or Tableau is a plus

- Proven track record of leadership and ability to coach and influence others

- Strong personal initiative with limited need for close supervision

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
