You will directly manage McKinsey Academy's course delivery team as well as coach and mentor several digital delivery analysts who are responsible for the day-to-day management of course running (onboarding and user management, engagement communications, customer support, social learning and analytics/reporting). You will collaborate with colleagues to track, forecast and flag staffing needs as appropriate, ensuring the proper support model for our courses and negotiating appropriate timelines.
You will ensure the most efficient and effective course delivery processes are leveraged and lead special process improvement initiatives. You will guide your team to make sure we are using the right tools for the optimization of course delivery. Additionally, you will also provide thought leadership and support Academy's LMS platform initiatives related to course delivery. To these ends, you will collaborate closely with our digital course production team, learning experience team and product/engineering team ensuring successful outcomes of McKinsey Academy programs.
You will perform various data analyses related to digital course delivery, generating insights to improve product, user engagement and overall team performance. For example, you will translate team and client feedback into requirements for the product team, seek to maximize user engagement based on key course metrics and track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs).
