Why Should You Apply?
You will be joining Zywave’s dynamic Customer Success team and managing a team of Customer Success Managers for Zywave’s customers. In this role your team will be tasked with helping customers realize business value through adoption of Zywave products and services. You will be responsible for your teams’ ability to drive product adoption, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy within their books of business.
Factors for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or equivalent combination.
- 5+ years of strong performance in customer success management, account management, sales or other customer-facing role
- Experience consulting B2B organizations or driving/influencing strategic business decisions in a mid-market space
- 2+ years’ experience managing a Customer Success team or similar leadership position required
- 2+ years’ experience working in the software or IT industry
- 2+ years’ exposure to or experience working within the insurance industry
- Impressive customer-facing presence, listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Driven and action oriented with a sense of urgency
- Passion for technology and customer success
