osition Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for managing the credit analysis, underwriting and covenant testing processes of the Bank to adequately assess commercial credit risk and to ensure quality and responsiveness in the development and completion of underwriting packages. The incumbent manages the CORE training program and spearheads improvement projects as necessary. The incumbent ensures the adequacy of credit training and team's knowledge of and adherence to policies and procedures.




Primary Responsibilities:

Manages the credit analysis, underwriting, and covenant testing processes to ensure turnaround times are maintained and acceptable.

Supervises the CORE Program including selection and training of candidates and involvement in their career progression.

Supervises the Regional Underwriting Managers, providing guidance and support for their managerial duties incl
