The Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) Manager – Program Management is responsible for managing all aspects of the daily operations and strategic direction of the OD&L Program Management team. This includes program logistics, measurements, and evolution of core system programs. This role performs needs analysis, compiles and assesses data, and confers with OD&L leadership team to support the management, evolution, and overall enhancement of established OD&L programs. This role will work closely with OD&L Leadership Team, direct reports, and key HR stakeholders to maintain and evolve the strategic vision of OD&L in support of the organization’s strategic objectives.
-Bachelors degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent
-6 plus years experience in a professional training & development role
-Exceptional program management and strategic management skills.
-Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
-Ability to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization
-8+ years of progressive training and/or HRexperience.
-Experience in working with an LMS
-Familiar with measurement and analysis tools and benchmarking/best practices
-PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
