The Manager of Nurse Recruitment in Talent Acquisition is a strategic role designed to manage best in class talent recruitment services to support Vidant Health. This Manager-level position is responsible for leading a nurse recruiting team assigned to a portfolio of searches. The role provides guidance on best practices for health care candidates, specifically nurses, throughout the full life cycle of recruitment from the creation of the search strategy to successfully getting candidates to their first day at Vidant.
Additionally, this manager position ensures that exceptional recruiting services are provided to the areas the team supports and elevates the talent level in all candidate pools, while improving time to hire and increasing overall retention. The incumbent will report to the Director, HR-Talent Acquisition and manage a team of health system recruitment professionals.
This role will continuously evolve our practices in recruitment, process improvement, talent acquisition consultant development, budgetary oversight and inclusive team culture and engagement.
