As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team, you will lead the New Glenn Reporting & Analytics Team. We are seeking an experienced individual with excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and analytics skills who can thrive in a fast paced environment. Your team will deliver data products and tools covering all facets of reporting including but not limited to full program Estimate At Complete (EAC) data, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) status, risk management metrics, configuration and data management metrics, and reporting for resource supply and demand planning. Your team will integrate closely with our Program Planning & Controls team on reporting for a tailored Earned Value Management (EVM) approach. Using and creating world class toolsets, your team will provide seamless, accurate and validated data to the critical points of decision making on New Glenn. Where tools are lacking or missing your team will develop methods for data collection and entry to enable fully integrated reporting. In addition to being an individual contributor, you will provide the strategy and vision for the team as well as forge critical partnerships with any and all necessary stakeholders. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.


  • Lead the New Glenn Business Analytics team in building and delivering customer focused, world class data products
  • Implement reporting and analytical tools covering all aspects of configuration items through their lifecycle for the New Glenn Program
  • Evangelize the toolsets, solicit input from customers, and train people at all levels on how to benefit from access to the reporting
  • Provide systems that make the business functions transparent to the responsible engineers and subsystem managers and simultaneously provide top level leadership the necessary insight to effectively monitor and control execution of the total program scope
  • Identify the need for and continually improve project management toolsets to accelerate the speed of the program execution, improve insight, and reduce effort needed for data curation
  • Develop the necessary relationships with other business units and functional groups as required to seamlessly integrate New Glenn program data with the broader company
  • Own the validity of data in critical data sets and take strategic prioritized steps to curate these data sets, recognizing that accurate data is often about human relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders


  • 10+ years of experience managing and delivering data solutions to customers
  • Demonstrated ability to craft, communicate, and implement strategic plans related to business reporting and analytics
  • 3+ years leading teams in fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to operate efficiently in deeply technical data driven systems
  • Demonstrated strength in identifying true stakeholders, building trust, and partnerships required to achieve strategic goals
  • Proven ability to align team members and implement short-term and long-term strategies
  • Expert level Tableau, SQL, and Power BI skills
  • B.S. in Engineering, Science, or relevant degree
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.


  • Experience with Primavera P6, Confluence & JIRA
  • Experience with application of PMI Knowledge Areas and Process Groups when executing programs
  • Experience with earned value concepts
  • Master’s Degree in relevant field
