Responsible for the execution of effective direct response campaigns and tactics to drive new business growth.
Works with marketing and business partners to identify marketing program strategies and develops and executes moderately
complex integrated marketing campaigns aligned with specific business unit needs.
Manage direct response campaigns and projects from inception to completion, including post campaign analysis.
Consults and partners with assigned business, marketing and enterprise partners to develop, create and execute marketing
strategies aligned to specific business unit needs.
Accountable for content development based on key marketing strategy messaging.General Supervision: Incumbent independently performs a variety of duties, including potentially complex duties within
established policy guidelines; responsible for a defined set of assignments; is expected to set priorities and meet specific goals
and objectives of the function or unit.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Execution/ Mgmt.:Partners with marketing partner(s) and assigned business partners to create and execute moderately complex marketing
campaigns, in support of marketing strategies aligned to specific business unit needs.Responsible for identifying segmentation, messaging, content development/editing and adhering to the review/approval processExecutes traditional offline and online marketing tactics such as multiple direct mail campaigns, email, newsletters, sell sheets,
brochures and digital marketing such as video, social and web, for moderately complex campaigns.Partner with more senior marketing partners to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and recommends
adjustments to tactics as appropriate.Able to demonstrate how each marketing campaign ties back to marketing and business strategies for each campaign.Reviews and analyzes research on business and consumer insights and provides input business leaders on potential impact on
the marketing campaigns.Responsible for ongoing maintenance/refresh of campaign content and tactics on moderately complex campaigns.Possess a good understanding of direct mail segmentation and production.
Has general knowledge of established processes, approvals and best practices and ability to translate requests into tightdeliverables, assumptions and timelines.Collaboration:Works closely with marketing and business partners to understand business priorities and objectives.May partner with functional business partners (Product, Distribution and Marketing) in implementing new marketing
approaches. Consults on marketing related requests, tasks and activities and makes recommendations based on the business
objectives.Ability to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks.Coordinate with internal strategy teams on identifying segmentation and messaging.Project Management:Employ strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple campaigns.0Partners with marketing partner(s) and assigned business partners to create and execute moderately complex marketing
campaigns, in support of marketing strategies aligned to specific business unit needs.7Brings innovative thought leadership to the business by staying abreast of new marketing concepts, tools and technology and

Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing related field. Minimum of 4 years of experiencesupporting the management of integrated campaigns.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field or equivalent experience.
