Lead the successful definition, design, planning, implementation and execution of projects to drive operational efficiencies, as well as process improvement solutions that advance marketing operations for the organization. While driving the operations of a Marketing work stream by connecting teams across the organization with a focus on agility, simplification, and consistency.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Project Management

  • Leads multiple projects and deadlines with internal and external partners
  • Develop solutions to meet deadlines
  • Outlines timing based on constraints, inputs and outputs with clear communication of risks and impacts
  • Leads team with objectives, scopes and a focus on results
  • Leads cross-functional team communication and discussions
  • Gains leadership alignment on project prioritization
  • Reports workstream status and critical issues affecting execution
  • Measures efficiency gains, ROI, and key performance indicators
  • Ensures prioritized needs of the business are being researched, funded, and seamlessly executed

Business Process Management

  • Determines innovative solutions to drive the business forward
  • Designs process for simplification and efficiency
  • Aligns partners and leaders on approach to move decisions forward
  • Leads process implementation through communication protocols and change management
  • Clearly communicates the approach for the team and ensure follow-through
  • Implements and monitors standard policies and procedures
  • Leads continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiencies, grounded in hindsights and leveraging objective data
  • Creates business cases including applicable expense reduction, sales benefits and ROI estimates

Communication, Change Management and Business Partnerships

  • Provides roadmaps and updates to senior executives
  • Ability to to communicate to executive leadership in person and written in a clear professional manner
  • Partners with leadership on operational decisions for process and technology
  • Develop and maintain cross-functional business partner relationships vital to the success of the organization
  • Influence partners to drive cross-functional alignment and adoption of new technology, process and standards
  • Communicates complex information simply
  • Creates training and communication materials
  • Utilizes proactive communication to mitigate risk
  • Leads change management and solution oriented discussions

Team Leadership

  • Manages direct reports, systems and projects to achieve marketing goals
  • Creates an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communications.
  • Develops staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of hands on experience leading gap analysis, process improvement and managing projects with a demonstrated history of increasing responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team and interact effectively with others
  • Self starter with the ability complete multiple tasks and high volume of work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work for self and team
  • Business Process Management methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
  • Lean & Certifications
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Experience in marketing, marketing workflows, business process design, and behavioral marketing

ADDENDUMS

Operations Manager - Process Management

  • Supports Senior Operations Manager in omni-channel and end to end process management
  • Monitors health of Marketing process documentation and templates
  • Monitors key performance indicators and continually pushes to increase quality
  • Ability to understand complex business plans, synthesize data and translate into recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improved performance and workflow optimization
  • Gather, generate, and produce content for proposals and/or presentations utilizing consultative expertise
  • Additional preferred qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in Project Management related field
  • Experience implementing and enforcing process documentation standards
  • Experience leading portfolio management
