About this Location
This team is located in a recently renovated Innovation center in Decatur, GA, which houses state of the art design validation equipment and facilities. The onsite café, game room, and indoor/outdoor exercise facilities offer competitive work-life balance opportunities to achieve both business and personal goals. The majority of the employees at this facility work in the office 4 days per week (Mon-Thu 7am-6pm); however there is an option to work 5 days (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) or to make adjustable arrangements with your direct supervisor.

How you will contribute:
Manage the planning execution of demand generation, branding and marketing projects, excelling in project management to meet deliverables on time. Serve as the subject matter expert with cross-functional business partners. Will have responsibility for learning and communicating industry relevant and product information. Will be able to add value to the organization by identifying and leading process improvement opportunities. May have the responsibility to lead and manage teams.
Formulates the overall strategic marketing plans for multiple product groups and/or brands in conjunction with the product leaders. Develops marketing assets from concept to execution - managing all timetable, vendors, internal resources, budgets and deadlines. Develops as well as guides a team to craft appropriate product messaging that is in sync with brand guidelines and targeted audience and purpose. (30%)
Executes campaigns to target audiences to drive awareness and preference of brands and products in market and to ultimately generate revenue. Actively partners with the Marketing Operations, Customer Marketing, and Public Relations and Corporate Marketing Organizations to develop comprehensive demand generation campaigns with strong call to actions and clear conversion tunnels. (25%)
Executes the marketing plans for new product launches. Work with product management and sales to identify key customer targets and develops appropriate marketing materials and product or services messaging. Plans and executes tasks and projects from concept to execution including but not limited to, sales collateral, presentations, packaging, videos, PR, advertising, direct mail, sample bags, web pages, digital marketing, and social media, tradeshows and promotions. Manage all timetables, vendors, internal resources, deadlines and budgets. (25%)
Utilize Lean processes to drive continuous improvement in marketing and product development processes (10%)
Other sales and marketing duties as assigned by Marketing Director (10%)
Must have ability to travel overnight up to 15%, and to work a flexible schedule.
Qualified Applicants will have:
At least 2-3 years’ marketing experience with an emphasis on B2B marketing.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required, preferably in Marketing or Business-related field.
Demonstrated accomplishments in Project Management (ideally using Workfront software).
Well-developed copywriting skills.
Proven cross-functional and collaborative skills that nurture participation across multiple groups to create cohesiveness for corporate missions.
Polished communication skills; written and spoken.
Creative thinking skills. Experience briefing creative teams an asset.
Experience working in lighting or architecture an asset.
Preferred: Understanding of the lighting specification process and buyers’ journey.
