Job Description

As a Lead Analytics Advisory Consultant, you will manage the identification, communication, coordination, and development of Cerner’s analytics strategy for Organizational Change Management, End-user Training and an advanced training program at a client organization. You will be responsible to develop and lead consultation in a complex client environment to define, develop and articulate a long-term ROI strategy, plan and ultimately execution of operational and outcome measures. By strategizing with client leadership you will capture data and analyze it in a way that drives toward statistical relevance and significance and builds a comparable data set to be used across the entire client enterprise over the course of a multi-year project.

The Lead Analytics Advisory Consultant will help establish overarching best practices for Organizational Change Management and Training/Advanced Training to communicate Cerner’s existing, and emerging measurement and ROI in areas that help drive successful user adoption; this role will also ensure alignment across internal organizations and with the client. In this role you will build upon existing disparate measurement strategies with an eye toward integration and creation of a holistic approach that has the necessary rigor to eventually serve as gold standard for measurement in this area/industry.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 7 years data management and analytics, including statistics and mathematical modeling, work experience
  • At least 7 years health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
  • At least 7 years operational, clinical, financial or health care metrics work experience,
  • At least 7 years operational, clinical, financial or health care metrics work experience, including experience or deep knowledge in organizational change management and/or end-user training
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 40% as needed
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City, MO area
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
