Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and well respected Finance team that works closely with multiple areas of the Bank. 

You will be given the opportunity to provide financial leadership and oversight in supporting the technology business partners and divisional finance teams with insightful financial analysis and effective IT cost consumption metrics.


  • Responsible for all aspects of the reporting, planning, forecasting and analytical requirements of an IT cost allocation team:
  • Provide financial leadership and support to the individual IT areas and divisional finance teams in the form of modelling, ad-hoc requests and presentation of monthly results
  • Production and analysis of IT cost allocations based on sound activity based costing principles
  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reporting to support the Bank’s utilization of IT resources in a timely manner and linking these to IT strategies
  • Ongoing refinements to the activity based allocation methodologies
  • Demonstrate creativity by championing new and innovative approaches of utilizing information for improved decision making and development of key metrics/reports
  • Oversee and lead direct report to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy and completeness


  • Proficient in financial and data analysis, comfortable working with large volumes of data, proven analytical skills
  • Very strong excel skills (including pivot table, vlookup, etc.)
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities to ensure timely delivery while giving strong attention to detail
  • Must be proactive
  • Very strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills allowing effective interaction with senior management and team members
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer focused with strong time-management abilities
  • Strong analytical and independent problem resolution skills


  • University undergraduatedegree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/analysis function
  • Attainment or  working toward a professional accounting designation (CPA) or CFA
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
