Manager, IT Finance

Purpose

  • Support the plan, build, stabilize and deployment of a Technical Business Management (TBM) process and system to move from allocating IT based on standard percentages to showing back, and eventually charging back, of IT costs based on services.
  • Coordinate monthly forecasting and actuals analysis for strategic functional transformation programs
  • A key partner to business-facing CIO's and leads for enterprise services, business services, corporate, applications and infrastructure
  • Lead process improvement activity for the Global IT Finance team


Major Responsibilities

· Provide input to the development of TBM framework, model and metrics for Company

  • Collaborate with internal and external team including program managers, portfolio managers, IT leads and business unit finance to enable effective rollout of roadmap strategy
  • Partner with IT leaders, service and application owners, finance representatives and functional lines of business to answer questions and understand needs for Bill of IT
  • Provide data analysis to determine effectiveness of rates
  • Support monthly close process, quarterly forecasts, annual strategic plans, operating plan and assist with short/long term performance analysis
  • Build and execute to monthly/quarterly forecasts for Operating Expense and Capital Investment
  • Track monthly actuals against forecast and report monthly variances
  • Support program deep dives for the programs that are being implemented
  • Assist with monthly CTA vs. Core spend analysis to properly account for program cost
  • Implement, support and improve standardized reporting across finance IT
  • Identify targets for change management and training
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and enhancements to current processes
  • Facilitate reviews and communication with executive leadership team


Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Experience with financial modeling, project costing, capital and expense tracking

Work Experience Required

  • 5+ years in a large, multi-national/global company
  • Demonstrated experience & leadership progression
  • Previous held corporate FP&A or IT finance role


Education Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
  • Graduate Degree Helpful
  • Graduate of a formal financial leadership program a plus

Salary

$110K - $130K
$110K - $130K base, +Other bonus
