Primary Job Functions:


  • Minimum of 7-10 years of combined public accounting and/or corporate experience in international taxation.
  • Experience with CorpTax a plus
  • Experience in managing and developing staff
  • Big Four Public Accounting background a plus


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • CPA and/or Masters of Taxation a plus

Required Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. International tax concepts, including Subpart F, global intangible low-taxed income, foreign tax credits, repatriation strategies, transfer pricing and holding company structures.
  • Strong knowledge in online tax research and computer literacy.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to interact and team with Company personnel and external advisors.
  • Detail oriented, excellent analytical skills, ability to embrace change and be flexible to changing business needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of U.S. international tax compliance returns and workpapers.
  • Preparation and review of the international components of the company’s ASC 740 and FIN 48 computations for non-US entities.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Tax Team to ensure all international tax implications are properly reflected in the quarterly and annual income tax provision.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of intercompany transfer pricing policies and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze tax regulatory and compliance developments and tax law changes, and documents its impact on the Company.
  • Identify areas to improve efficiency and accuracy in international tax reporting and compliance including the use of technology enabled solutions.
  • Partner to implement tax initiatives, drive simplification and process improvements, and support the standardization of best practices.
  • Participate in international tax research, including tax planning and related documentation.
  • Mentor and provide training and support to tax personnel.

  • This position reports to the Director of International Tax.
  • Position may have 1 – 2 direct reports.
