Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate acquisitions into financial operations and manage new processes
  • Manage processes to capture data in the ERP that drives the finance and accounting departments and proactively identify risks and opportunity for improvement
  • Innovatively seize opportunities to improve the processes and systems that drive our financial data
  • Manage and execute optimization projects
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance and Accounting team members to create, document and manage scalable and repeatable processes for new site implementations and closed site workflows
  • Provide support and mentoring to finance, accounting and operations departments related to systems and processes from an input or output perspective
  • Communicate with the Clinical Applications team to ensure a project's technical and support requirements are met
  • Maintain compliance between system setups and client contract terms

Requirements:

  • Sales side or buy side integration experiencepreferred
  • Healthcare industry background required
  • Minimum of 6+ years of general accounting or billing experiencepreferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook required
  • Microsoft Great Plains and Project Accounting experiencepreferred
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and principles required
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff levels
  • Excellent organization skills and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities
  • Ability to meet hard deadlines within short timeframes
  • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage change
  • Thrives in a challenging environment
  • Takes the initiative to complete known tasks without instruction and minimal supervision Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Able to learn complex procedures efficiently and effectively
  • Team player who can effectively work with varying personalities
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree - Business or Healthcare, may substitute experience in lieu of degree - BA/BS Required, MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience with system integrations and implementations required
