Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
4 years leading sales teams in a high growth environment in SaaS, payments or similar B2B technology

History of collaborating withinternal stakeholders to develop and implement programs and process.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to sell to decision-making levels.
Experience making data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines.
