What You'll Do

This role will provide supervision for daily operations activities.

-Ensure staff is properly developed to carry out their daily responsibilities and effectively service business partners.

-Interact with associates through formal and informal means as a way to develop a productive, engaged work force.

-Develop controls which reduce risk to the organization.

-Provide a high level of expertise to business partners and help them provide TUCE to UMB customers.

-Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

- Five (5) years of experience in Banking operations

- Associates degree

Preferred Requirements

- Bachelors degree

- Seven (7) years of experience in financial services

- Knowledge in one or more of the following:

* Global Plus knowledge

* Wire Transfer systems

* ACH systems

- Previous supervisory experience
