RVS has been a technology development and manufacturing leader for over 60 years and our product line includes Visible and Infrared focal plane arrays, sensor electronics including signal processing, integrated dewar assemblies and cryocoolers.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Raytheon Vision Systems team as the lead Business Manager of the SM-3/RKV Product Area. The individual will partner with the Product Line Manager, Program Managers and CAM's/IPTL's and provide manager and personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts. The selected individual will be responsible for all aspects of Business Management and oversight of all finance activities including review of financial forecasts, EVMS compliance and Earned Value reporting, Estimate-at-completion (EACs), funding analysis, manpower planning, proposal strategies and gate support for the SM-3/RKV Product Line. The SM-3/RKV lead Business Manager is also responsible for the annual sales plan for the area, and will lead a team of 2 finance professionals.
This successful candidate will use proactive leadership skills and will have significant interaction with the RVS Finance Manager, Program Directors, Program Managers, and internal and external customers to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives. The SM-3/RKV lead Business Manager is a strategic business partner to various functional organizations and works in collaboration on the successful execution of program control, EVMS reporting, EACs and gate reviews.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related business field
