Manages the HR Technology team responsible for maintaining the integrity of HR technology and HR data , develops and guides the HR Technology team through system and data integrity processes by maintaining ongoing, pro-active communications with them regarding technology operations, and maintains strong relationships with IT as well as third-party technology partners in order to determine and then deliver the most effective HR technology solutions to the organization
In addition, develops a deep knowledge of the various HR technologies available within the industry (e.g. HRlS, LMS, Talent Acquisition, HRSS, etc.) and their consequent impact on HR operations, provides high-level consulting support to the HR function in the development of technology solutions that would to lead to the efficient, effective and customer-centric HR program delivery and HR transaction processing .
In partnership with direct reports, works to ensure a superior ‘customer’ experience which primarily means making sure that HR services are delivered to the organization in a digital and automated fashion wherever possible , holds regular training sessions to educate HR to the tools/methods/resources available to them and proactively provides guidance as to tools and methods most appropriate to deliver HR programs and process HR transactions, keeps up to date with best practices and trends associated with HR operations and HRSS technology; proactively shares this knowledge with the HR Technology team to help drive a culture of constant improvement , and evaluates HR technology to track their effectiveness against cost and proficiency goals for HR; recommends improvements to better align technology solutions to overall HR strategy
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business or other relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred. 3 years’ experience in information systems environment. Experience in health care information systems preferred.
