We are seeking a Manager, Human Resources Service Center to:
Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or other related field.
Preferred - Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or other related field.
Minimum - Five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources experience or two (2) years of demonstrable experience in leading programs and/or medium to large scale projects.
Preferred - Experience working in a health care organization. Two (2) years of experience in a leadership role. Experience in developing, implementing and executing successful operations strategies in an HR Service Center environment.
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred - PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or CEBS certification.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
Monday – Friday, core hours will be between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm. Additional hours may be required to meet operational needs.
