TheHR Manager at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Centerwill provide a range of Human Resources & Talent Management services and resources in collaboration with the Director, Human Resources. This positionshares Human Resources operational responsibility within an entity of SharpHealthCare, aligning withHR & Talent Management system-wide,partnering with entity leadership to best serve the needs of employees. This includes strategy development, program development, training, employee relations, andHR operations management.This position will be part of theHR Team thatsupport Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center.As the leading provider of health care services in the South Bay, Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center is a 343-bed facility that delivers high-quality care designed to meet the needs of the community. Home to the region’s most comprehensive heart program, it also has the area’s only radiation oncology center and certified community hospital cancer program. The position is located in the Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center (San Diego County) Hours Full Time Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing a broad array of direct Human Resources services.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • HealthCareexperience.
  • At least one certification related to Human Resources, performance improvement or adult learning.
