We are looking for a creative, collaborative and solutions oriented Human Resource Manager for our business in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa location. The selected individual will be on the business leadership team and have responsibility for leading Human Resources for 700 employees across two locations. Duties and responsibilities include oversight and delivery of all Human Resource (HR) related programs and services including: Proactive Employee Relations (investigations, timely case resolution, trend analysis and intervention), Policy interpretation and guidance, Employment Law and regulatory compliance, Workforce Onboarding and assimilation and Change Management. This position will also be the lead for Labor Relations (collaborative relations, negotiations, business management of contractual requirements, issues resolution and day to day relations with staff). The individual will be expected to act as a cultural steward in alignment with the business values and cultural principles, be a stake holder on organizational site teams and also contribute/lead functional projects.
