Job Summary

Responsible for designing, maintaining and maximizing revenue management for Hotel applications for BCD Travel.

Will need to evaluate opportunities, establish recommendations, and implement initiatives while providing on-going reporting to support and measure objectives. Emphasis on maximizing supplier performance as outlined by the Global Supplier Relations team.

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with different teams under a matrix organization.

Duties and Responsibilities May Include

*Maximize revenue strategies and hotel applications.
*Deployment and design of these products
*Become the expert on the functionality of the products.
*Program and customize tools to meet the needs for maximizing platform usage and client experience while growing supplier program performance
*Work with Supplier Relations team to implement vendor maximization strategy
*Report and measure preferred and non-preferred supplier performance initiatives
*Research and track functionality in each platform
*Maintain database and/or spreadsheets to monitor and track results
*Provide detailed results in a report format and provide strategic and tactical direction as needed
*Scheduling and managing deliverables to fulfill strategy objectives
*Special projects as needed
*Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position


*Industry knowledge, minimum of 5 years
*Prefer Knowledge of GDS Systems (Specifically, Sabre and Apollo and Amadeus)
*Strong people management and leadership skills
*Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
*Strong problem solving and process reengineering skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Proven interpersonal relationships and customer service skills
