Position Description

As the Manager of HCM (Human Capital Management) Technology, you will be responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors HCM and various third party SaaS solutions which together provide the technology platform for Human Resources, Payroll and associated business areas. You will manage the Enterprise Systems HCM team, which is responsible for end-to-end delivery of HCM technology. This includes managing demand, architecting, designing, building and operating in-scope systems.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Systems, you will lead a team of functional and technical professionals responsible for the HR IT value stream. As a member of the Director's staff, you will contribute to the management of the overall Enterprise Systems landscape.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all HCM systems and modules, including SAP HCM (OM, PA, Payroll, Time), SuccessFactors (EC and PM/GM)
  • Responsible for all HR data integrations to and from systems like: third-party SaaS solutions certain HR business processes (recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration), store Point-of-Sale and back-of-house systems, and enterprise reporting
  • Responsible for all HCM-related system changes regardless of requesting source (business partners, HCM IT team, vendor, regulatory)
  • Manage HCM IT systems from demand through requirements documentation, solution generation, build, test, delivery and operation
  • Own ticket creation and resolution in HCM vendor support systems (i.e. SAP Incidents)
  • Partner with Human Resources. Finance and Operations to execute company strategy around strategic HR information systems
  • Manage team members including recruiting, hiring, coaching, personal development and performance management
  • Coach team members on continuous improvement as a core practice

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 7+ years IT experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR functions, processes, and strategies linked to business goals
  • Information Technology literacy outside of HCM Systems
  • Demonstrated experience leading one or more IT delivery teams for HCM
  • Hands-on professional experience configuring SAP products for a majority of the following subareas: Organization Management, Personnel Management, Time Management, Payroll and HR Reporting
  • Experience working with business partners to drive understanding the purpose and importance of requirements, functional specifications, testing, change control and operational efficiency
  • Experience executing complex test plans
  • Experience participating in the building and execution of multi-year roadmaps
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of management
  • Experience working with on-site and remote resources
  • SAP and SuccessFactors certifications strongly preferred but not required
  • Prior Big 5 Consulting experiencepreferred but not required
  • Prior personnel management experiencepreferred but not required

Salary

$140K - $170K
