The Global Service User Adoption Analyst will support the planning, integration and execution of key priorities and projects across the User Adoption team. Candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage communications internally with Global Services (GS), business and functional partners, along with external vendor partners.
The priorities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Degree of Accountability:
The individual will contribute to the achievement of User Adoption objectives by defining the approaches and supporting materials to expand integration across GS. The individual will participate on programs/projects that may contain sensitive information and is expected to respect and maintain confidentiality. High level of social interaction with GS associates and globally, to sense questions and pulse of the organization. Shares feedback, issues or risks directly with Senior GS Leaders.
This role will be accountable to execute GS planning and strategic projects, including the assessment, coordination, and monitoring of key programs. There is a direct impact on creating business value and indirect impact on the monitoring of spend and cost management for the Global Services function.
This role will support common work processes across the organization and across service providers.
40% - Support GS goals and objectives through the development and execution of effective communication plans and branding strategies.
30% - Lead and manage strategic projects related to user adoption, organizational change and new global initiatives.
10% - Strengthen business / functional IT relationships through the support of User adoption forums and other related duties as assigned.
10% - Support Integration activities for GS.
5% - Works closely with BD identity to ensure brand guidelines are followed across GS for internal and external communications.
5% - Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
