This role is an integral part of the Global Retail Real Estate team providing financial support and analysis to support portfolio management of ELC’s Free Standing Store (FSS) for all brands. The role will support the Global Retail Real Estate VP working collaboratively with the Global Retail FP&A team, retail real estate, business and finance leads of the brands and regions in the reporting and analysis needed for portfolio management and to support the LRP (Long Range Plan) process.

This position is based at our 23rd Street offices in NYC with minimal travel as needed.


  • Work closely with the business and real estate teams to prepare periodic assessments of their FSS portfolio health at a door level to enable segmentation by performance and development of targeted action plans. This includes the consolidation and validation of data to ensure accuracy of the information and timely delivery.

  • Preparation of pro-forma P&Ls in support of FSS 3 year Strategy and LRP (for channel, region and brands) and new opportunities (new locations, lease renewals, relocations).

  • Assist in the on-going development of toolkits for use by brands and geographies to evaluate and manage their FSS portfolio.

  • Prepare additional analysis on key performance drivers to understand business risks and opportunities.

  • Working in close cooperation with the Global Retail FP&A team on retail real estate related analysis (e.g. post audits of pro-forma P&LS).

  • Special projects as needed.


  • 5 years experience in Finance/Accounting with retail industry experience preferred

  • Degree in Accounting and or Finance, MBA preferred

  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well organized with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Excellent/Advanced Excel skills; strong Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Adobe skills
