What you’ll do
As a Manager, Global Marketing, your tasks vary from the creation and execution of annual marketing plans to the development of new initiatives to increase effectiveness of the sales and marketing functions. You create value propositions with product, segment and service responsibilities. You manage research and analysis of market trends, demographics, competitor products, etc. to build market intelligence. You responsible of maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant business and region stakeholders are kept informed of all marketing objectives, campaigns and plans.
Who you are
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or an equal qualification and, however Master’s degree or other advanced certification is preferred. You have at least 7 years' work experience in a similar field of responsibility, and proven project management experience. You have experience in the global responsibility of producing and executing business-driven marketing plans. Working experience from the different parts of the value chain (food beverage, home care, personal care) are seen as an asset. You must be proficient with the use of marketing tools, digital marketing and creating content ready for use by Sales and Business Development.
To succeed in this role you to have strong networking, team working and relationship building capabilities. To succeed in this role, excellent communication and presentation skills are a must. You are a strong team player and your working style is agile, result-driven, demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking. You are able to work in global organisation with high integrity and independency. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must in our global environment, but you will also benefit from other language skills.
