As the Account Manager you will serve as the face of Pearson to our on-site client during multiple stages of client development and projects. You are the Leader of the Account Service department and are responsible for their high level of performance.
The Account Manager will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless daily management of various projects from developing briefs to working closely with the creative and editorial teams, to partnering with the client and delivering the project on time at the highest level of quality.
You will work closely with the Account Director to ensure the account management team has ability to deliver the best work while partnering with your fellow Leaders across Creative, Operations and Editorial teams.

Primary responsibilities include:
Day-to-day supervision and mentorship of AE team and their marketing and advertising projects, ensuring they deliver on strategy, on time and on budget
Seek short and long term opportunities to develop AE skills and core competencies
Work side by side with the creative, operation and editorial teams to ensure on-target development and execution of client projects while achieving timeline and workload management
Manage assigned day-to-day client activity, working directly with clients to understand the true needs of the business, ask questions and make recommendations in order to improve upon the initial ask
7 years Agency experience, specifically in account management
Experience working on marketing project development and execution, specifically all kinds of print collateral and instructional materials
Excellent, detail-oriented communication skills, both written and oral
High comfort and confidence level in the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Prior experience working onsite at client office and interfacing with clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; and Google platform apps
