Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, facilitate and enforce business rhythms and processes:
  2. Annual Operating Plan
  3. Quarterly Forecasting
  4. Monthly Business Review
  5. Product Review Boards

2.Deliver enhanced visibility and insight through standard and value add reporting:

  • Business Operating Dashboard
  • New Product Development Reporting
  • POS Reporting
  • Inventory Reporting

3.Act as PTAG FP&A liaison with GTS group FP&A to assure the business receives the value and support from the center led FP&A organization

  1. Facilitate execution of his/her operations and product finance peers by providing timely reporting and process guidance
  2. Partner with business unit CFO and president on AD HOC requests and special projects
  3. Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function

¨ The ideal candidate will be a process oriented leader with a strong finance background and experience in business units finance and corporate environments

¨ Proven performance in Financial Planning & Analysis roles and use of Hyperion toolsets

¨ Effective team building, and project management skills are imperative to ensure proper collaboration across the various business units within the company.

¨ Comfortable in a fast paced and changing environment

¨ Ability to meet strict and challenging deadlines under pressure


  • Undergraduate degreerequired, preferably in accounting, finance, or economics.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance: FP&A, commercial, operations, or corporate
  • Demonstrated record of significant change management successes & program management skills
  • Articulate and effective communication skills with an appreciation for cultural dynamics


$100K - $130K
$100K - $130K base, +Other bonus
