Job Description

The Manager, Financial Support (Market Planning & Development) is responsible for providing analytical leadership across the Company’s acquisition, divestiture, development and market planning activities. This role combines a thorough understanding of the Company’s market strategy with corporate finance to help drive towards the Company’s market development objectives.

Principal Responsibilities

Acquisitions & Divestitures

    • Works closely with Area leadership to analyze and execute acquisition and divestiture transactions.

    • Leads the development of pro-forma models, business cases, due diligence and integration plans and related best practices.

    • Develops and maintains the Company’s acquisition pipeline database.

Market Planning

    • Leads design and implementation of the annual market planning process.

    • Oversees the development and execution of strategic initiatives identified through the market planning process.

    • Supports new market development by performing market and competitor research.


    • Leads and supervises a Senior Financial Analyst in completion of projects.

    • Assists with the annual budget and forecasting process for the Business Development department.

    • Prepares and distributes various monthly activity reports.

    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. (Required).

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting. (Required).

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or similar professional certification.

    • Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities in parallel.

    • Self-starter, highly motivated with entrepreneurial spirit; works well in a collaborative environment but can manage without authority.
