The Experiential Marketing Team Leader is responsible for strategic and executional oversight of all brand level experiential marketing events and activations (including our national sports sponsorship activations, food vehicle program and A-List member experiences) as well as team and people leadership for members of the entire experiential marketing team.


  • Lead experiential marketing strategy and execution with an emphasis on continual evolution of our experiential programs and approach
  • Team leadership and personnel development
  • Manage overall team budget and planning cycles
  • Drive measurable impact on key business objectives such as brand lift, CFA One acquisition and sales growth
  • Nurture key sponsorship relationships
  • Partner with agencies, vendors, Operators and staff to bring activations to life
  • Contribute to larger vision for Chick-fil-A’s marketing strategy and approach

Minimum Qualifications

  • Intimate knowledge of event marketing and experiential activation & production
  • Experience managing large-scale events and high-profile activations on behalf of a brand or as part of an agency team
  • Experience producing one of a kind experiential activations as part of an integrated campaign or effort that have social or digital extensions
  • Experience working with large scale sponsorship / partnershipcontracts & relationships involving sports or entertainment properties
  • Team leadership experience
  • Demonstrated project managementexperience
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven self-starter with results orientation
  • Strong skills in team-oriented leadership, building consensus, and coordinating work
  • Ability to build effective relationships with Chick-fil-A, Inc. staff, agencies, Operators, and consultants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
