As the leading direct selling company in the world, this production team delivers fresh ideas that fuel our amazing product portfolios, offering products that our Amway Business Owners (ABO’s) want to sell, and our global consumers want to buy. This unique role will have you leading a team of eight, two who lead our Micro Studio activities, and six talents who guide media Traffic. This team partners with our inhouse creative operation and Marketing teams to develop and produce content that engages new buyers for our amazing products and brands: Nutrilite, Artistry, XS, Atmosphere, Legacy of Clean, etc. This is a small but mighty team that operates as part of an inhouse agency, producing visual content that offers impact to grow our business!
How you would contribute to the role:
This new role will offer someone the opportunity to showcase their talent as an Executive Producer for a multibillion-dollar global company, creating and guiding global creative production! We offer an inhouse creative division, that is establishing a global production capability, with an existing inhouse micro studio. You will be tasked to evaluate the Micro Studio functions, with an eye on expansion and development for growing capabilities and support. Your experience will guide the development of production processes, functions, and governance, offering a path that can be replicated by our global marketing partners/affiliates. Your knowledge of production capabilities, content calendar oversight, and industry expertise will drive cost efficiencies and branding conformity. You will be tasked to train Marketers around the globe, building capabilities to support in-market product launches on production best practices. You will lead both the production oversight and operational capabilities, while guiding the career paths of team members that encourage growth. Because we are a global direct selling company with relationships at the core of our sales model, strong collaboration with, and the ability to influence our global affiliates, will be central to your success. Your work will encourage increased engagement with our global ABO’s, growing new buyers, and helping us become more relevant. Your talent to guide best practice productions will bring framework to our brand stories, offering fresh new approaches that advance our business globally.
