The DoorDash Enterprise team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest restaurant groups in North America. You’ll focus on the most important challenges and opportunities facing our Enterprise partners to allow them to continue to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze complex data to understand how to ensure our partners, customers & dashers are having the best experience
  • Work cross functionally with product, engineering, operations, marketing & sales on the largest initiatives
  • Project manage ongoing initiatives to make sure critical timelines are hit, examples include:
    • Building a plan to decrease delivery times for a top merchant
    • Understanding why some stores have lower customer ratings than others
    • Working with a merchant on a commissary kitchen strategy
  • Build & track operational success metrics for our top merchants

About you

  • You are analytical & able to interpret complex data
  • You are Process driven & highly organized
  • You like being presented with a problem & coming up with a plan
  • You enjoy building relationships and can work well with both internal & external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics or related experience; high-growth or early-stage start-up experience is a plus
  • Analytical horsepower (Excellent excel skills; SQL is a plus but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven success working in cross-functional teams (e.g., with product, marketing, and operations) to build creative solutions
  • Bachelor’s degreerequired
