Responsible for leading a regional recruitment team in order to implement recruitment initiatives and deliver robust candidate pipelines that will enable Dignity Health to reach its organizational goals. The Manager of Talent Acquisition manages the regional recruitment staff, conduct local sourcing events, recruit new talent, oversee external resources, and the regional recruitment budget. Assists with the design and implementation of training for regional leadership about recruitment strategy and process. This position requires the ability to effectively partner with business leaders regarding vendor activities, recruiting events, campus/vocational activities and strategic recruitment process improvement design.


Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

Creates and implements programs to increase candidate pipeline for critical positions; Ensures the effective use of social media as a part of our recruitment strategy.

Builds and cultivates strong relationships with client groups by understanding business objectives and providing solutions to talent needs.

Manages talent acquisition team performance including hiring and performance management for specific region and develop the team.

Provides senior management with required metrics and analyses of recruiting analytics in order to quickly address recruitment challenges.



Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree and/or (8years of relevant experience in lieu of degree) Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsibleexperience in recruitment/talent acquisition. Two (2) years experience managing/leading large recruitment teams


Special Skills:  Knowledge of applicable employment laws, policies, techniques; high degree of integrity and ability to exercise discretion.
