Job purpose

The Manager of Embedded Inventory (MEI) serves as a key role on the Integrated Operations Team. This position has the flexibility to be based remotely from the corporate office in Phoenix; however expeditious travel access to the Alpharetta and/or Phoenix offices is necessary for this role. The position assists in establishing and delivering on the global organizational strategic plans for Integrated Operations. The position is responsible for maintaining communication within the leadership of Operations to ensure the strategic plan is carried out.

Duties and responsibilities

Manage embedded inventory levels on a daily basis, with specific emphasis on the timely retrieval of all required data.

Monitor and provide reports weekly on embedded inventory progress to ensure that all relevant parties are notified of retrieval progress and/or constraints.

Drive initiatives through utilization of dashboards and reporting to convey strategies being executed by Manager

Facilitate, strategize and execute process improvements for retrieval of embedded inventory.

Maintain accurate reports and progress notes regarding interactions with Provider Operations VPOs, attend weekly meetings to report back constraints or challenges. Ensure adequate staff meetings are held to enhance flow of communications.

Liaison with Provider Operations with the goal of primarily securing Remote access to an identified site or secondarily have an Onsite Tech placed where needed.

Work closely with leadership of Integrated Ops to ensure that all escalations processes are adhered to for stagnant and/or constrained inventory.

Lead initiatives and provide support with deployment and support strategies, training requirements and execution, and technical supportprocesses to improve productivity, customer retention and reduce labor and material expense within Provider Operations.

Assist, upon request, with training for full time and temporaryassociates of the EST to ensure their proficiency in ROI Software, ROI Processes and internal functionality.

Will have a comprehensive understanding of workflow and how to optimally use CIOX Health technology at all assigned locations.

Will have a comprehensive understanding of all new product lines and will be responsible for ensuring that others are trained on all new products.

Effectively supports and drives the primary mission of the position to: Standardize business operations and maximize revenue and profitability in tandem with the IO Leadership team Customer Retention and Satisfaction Driving actions through utilization of dashboards and operational training

Support a service operations environment that focuses on customer satisfaction through service delivery excellence and Quality Improvement processes.

Review and follow up on metrics on field service to maximize productivity, yield and on-time delivery.

Ensure adequate staff meetings are held to enhance flow of communications.

Ensure timely delivery of reports as mandated by leadership for effective reporting on inventory within your specific scope on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Ensure that deadlines are met and respond to emails, phone messages, and other requests for information within the SLAs outlined by leadership.

Organize and conduct at least one monthly onsite customer meeting per region covering customers satisfaction level.

Communicates with management regarding creative concepts and objectives, which may improve the departmental operations. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in CIOX Health ROI Operations Management

Minimum 3 years experience with handling member and/or non-member key accounts.

Minimum four yeardegree in business or related field or at least 8 years of related experience.

RHIT or RHIA certification, a plus.

Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Working conditions

Over 90% of the time is spent indoors, with protection from weather conditions. Exposure to noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable is present in only unusual situations. Physical requirements Sitting, talking, hearing and near vision are required over 90% of the time, while walking is required about 10% of the time. Standing is required over 30% of the time. The sense of touch is required 90% of the time and reaching is required about 50% of the time. Bending, twisting, and climbing are required, as is far vision, but only for 10% or less of the time. Low levels of lifting (10 pounds or less) are required about 25% of the time, while medium levels (20 to 40 pounds) of lifting and carrying are required less than 5% of the time. High levels (52 pounds) of lifting are required under 2% of the time. Driving is a considerable portion of the position.
