Job Description

The Manager of eDiscovery & Litigation Support is responsible for supporting the Director of Paralegals and Litigation Support ("Director") by managing eDiscovery and Litigation Support services at the firm. This individual collaborates regularly with attorneys, paralegals, clients, eDiscovery vendors, and other members of the firm to manage Discovery Project Managers. They also develop and execute the firm's eDiscovery strategy, and are responsible for various administrative matters related to the delivery of technology and eDiscovery services at the firm.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for Discovery Project Managers on day-to-day issues; including conducting regular check-ins with Discovery Project Managers to review productivity and provide coaching on professional development; Conduct Annual Reviews for team members; Collaborate with HR regarding performance issues that occur throughout the year.
