The purpose of this role is to manage day-to-day business operations of the eCommerce platform and department ensuring all resources, processes, and systems are working to their peak performance. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned
Monitor, report, and ensure departmental and platform SLAs and KPIs are being met within established tolerance; i.e. inventory levels, pick-pack-ship, on-time delivery, revenue, call volume, and site performance
Perform daily site audits to ensure accuracy of promotions and proper user experience
This position directly supervises Coordinator, eCommerce Catalog, Web Producer, e-commerce, and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Rite Aid policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, directing, rewarding, and disciplining associates; appraising associate performance; and resolving complaints
