  • Provide daily support on Incidents, problems, tasks and complex projects performed by the Network Operations in support of KPMG's Technology Security team, including interfacing with customers
  • Address any vulnerability threats and KPMG Technology Security findings
  • Perform the installation and testing of all new software releases and fine tunes existing systems. Provide ongoing maintenance for network hardware/software, appliances and vendor coordination
  • Maintain documentation of guidelines and standards for specific technologies
  • Participate in project work and troubleshooting related to KPMG Network Operations
  • Monitor performance levels and trends throughout the KPMG US network to determine quality of service for the entire infrastructure


  • Minimum of five years progressive experience supporting enterprise network IT infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Visio for network diagramming and documentation and familiarity with an ITIL environment is preferred
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Network Security Technologies Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco AnyConnect, IP Sec VPN, Cisco CSM and ACS, BlueCoat proxies, director and Reporter, F5 load balancers, Cisco wireless network, Riverbed WAN optimization, Raritan, remote access VPN, Cisco AnyConnect, IP Sec VPN, Blue Coat Cloud, TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, MPLS, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP, FTP, SFTP, STP, RSTP, TACACS+, ACS, RADIUS, RSA, SecureID and SNMP monitoring and reporting
  • Hands on experience with IP subnetting, Telnet/SSH Clients, Raritan or Terminal Server Remote Access, Service Now Ticket Handling System, COS, VoIP and MPLS technologies, and Cisco network software (COS/IOS), inventory/maintenance tracking and vendor support case handling
